CFM Research Scientist Dr. Charles Toth will be receiving an award at the upcoming ASPRS 2005 Annual Conference in Baltimore, Maryland, on Wednesday, March 9, 2005. His co-authored paper is the first place recipient of the 2005 ESRI Award for Best Scientific Paper in Geographic Information Systems. The award consists of $500 cash (total), and a hand-engrossed certificate.
